You can access the side patio from the kitchen, which makes grilling on the propane grill very convenient. The living room has an oversized sofa, loveseat, recliner combination and provides comfy seating for six. The roomy master bedroom is also downstairs and has a king bed. The master bathroom is just off the master and does double duty as a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and and a twin bed. Pass through the Jack and Jill bathrooms and shower and you'll enter the third bedroom. Here there are two twin beds and access to the balcony with bird's eye views of the canal. Also upstairs is the laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Back downstairs, you have access to a side patio as well as the huge main patio.
