Pinnacle Port A135 is the perfect location for a quiet beach vacation for up to 6 people. This unit is located on the 1st floor. On the main floor of the condo, you'll find a spacious living area with an updated smart TV with HDTV. There is a dining table and bar area to enjoy a fabulous meal in the condo. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked. You'll find a half bath and laundry room across from the kitchen. The downstairs floor is updated with vinyl plank. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for sleeping 2 people. There is a balcony that overlooks Lake Powell and the boat ramp.
As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area. The front bedroom has a king bed and spacious closet. In the hallway, there is a full bathroom with shower.
