Across the street from the Four Mile Run stream, this property is only four miles from the Air Force Memorial, the Pentagon, and Arlington National Cemetery. It’s also just a 15-minute drive from Washington proper where you can visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, and more of the country’s greatest buildings and monuments.

Each of our apartments have their own unique layout and decor. Pictures above are a sampling of Kasa’s two-bedroom units at this property, but they may not show the exact unit or floor you receive. Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and all of our units span 1,008 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

The seasonal pool will close 9/12 for the 2021 season.

The Neighborhood:
The Shirlington neighborhood is absolutely brimming with fun, culture, and dining options. In the Shirlington Village area where the property is located, there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and even a theater, all of which are within walking distance. As you venture further out, you get closer to Washington, DC where you can visit the US Capitol, the Library of Congress, and much, much more.

Getting Around:
There are several bus stops peppered throughout Shirlington Village, and the Pentagon City Metro Station is only an eight-minute drive from your apartment.

- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. - This property has limited complimentary parking (one car per reservation). Nearby street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
