People and dogs are all welcome to this designer-decorated historic beach cottage. Located near the times the square downtown area and only 4 houses from the beach.

81 Miramar has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, plus a second full bathroom with a shower on the first floor. There is a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

This property has the convenience of walking distance to where all the action is. Walk to Fort Myers Beach Pier, shopping, restaurants, library, community center, Historic Society, and art gallery.

$100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (Thanksgiving - Easter)

This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.

This property is also pet friendly! Feel free to bring along dogs up to 30 pounds in weight! (~13.5 kilos) This property allows 2 pets max, please be aware pet fees apply per pet.
